The Frog 44 First Pedal Kids Bike is the first of Frog's new and improved frame range. It is the perfect bike for 4 to 5 year olds, designed to fit a minimum inseam of 16.5" (for a child already experienced on a balance or pedal bike).

Frog has reduced the weight of this model. It is now feathery light at only 14.1 lbs! Along with the weight reduction, Frog has lowered the bottom bracket to help kids achieve a more ergonomic position on the bike.

This amazing all-aluminum bike has a very lightweight, high quality frame and fork. A longer wheelbase and low center of gravity make balancing easy, making this a great bike for kids to learn to pedal. The Frog 44 inspires confidence, which means your tike will want to get out and ride more. Once they're rolling, your little ripper will be leaving you in the dust!

* Minimum inseam measurement for a child who is large enough to ride this bike. Beginner Riders must reach the ground comfortably and flat footed while straddling the seat, meaning they require a larger minimum inseam.   • 440mm Width Riser Handlebar: To ensure a comfortable reach for your child.
  • Safety Steering Lock: Preventing oversteering that can cause an accident. Safer for learners, but still super nimble for more aggressive riders!
  • Kenda "Knobby" Off-Road Tires: A versatile tire that work great on dirt, grass, gravel, roads, or bike paths!
  • Easily Installed Mudguards: Useful if you ride regularly where the mud is flying.
  • High Quality Chain Guide Preinstalled: Includes an optional full chain guard to be installed if you prefer.
  • Child Sized, Soft Handlebar Grips: For comfortable riding.
  • 4 Reflectors: 1 front; 1 rear; 1 on each wheel.

We love the bike

Is such a cool, good quality bike. We got the red one, the color is amazing, the most beautiful red. I think is worth the money, a little real bike.

Bike awesome!

Used a balance bike for a month and then gave this to our daughter and she was able to pedal independently by her 4th bday! This bike is super light and great! Wish the kickstand was included. We definitely need it.
