A 20” full suspension trail bike that’s happy on dirt jumps, single track and the junior circuit. Built for 6-8 year old's with a spec coveted by much, much bigger kids. The Hellion X20 doesn’t need to go this hard.
The Hellion X20 is a full-suspension MTB with a triple-butted mono-link aluminum frame and CNC'd chain stay yoke optimized for strength without unnecessary weight. The 95mm DNM rear shock pairs nicely with 100mm up front thanks to the fully adjustable RST Spex forks to smooth out the worst of the trail. Its long, low, and slack geometry ensures confidence, speed, and agility, while a narrow-wide chainring, forged cranks, and SRAM GX 1x10 drivetrain boost pedaling efficiency and chain safety. Shimano Deore MT500 brakes and tubeless-ready wheels with 2.25" Crown Rubber Vee Gem tires deliver reliable stopping and rugged performance.
Built for performance, the Hellion X20 features a triple-butted dual suspension mono link frameset with a CNC'd chain stay yoke precision engineered to take big hits like a pro.
The 95mm DNM rear shock pairs brilliantly with the 100mm up front to deliver exceptional trail feedback, smoothing out roots, rocks and drops. The frame tubing has been deliberately crafted to balance strength (at the pressure points) with lightness, ensuring we don’t waste valuable grams and they don’t lose valuable seconds.
Threaded thru axles ramp up frame stiffness while sliding dropouts give them handling and size adjustments as they progress. To top it off, we added a cable guide for an external dropper because progression is everything.
The crankset and single ring set-up give the Hellion X20 a powerful mix of performance, safety and pedaling efficiency that you just won’t see on other bikes this size.
The narrow wide chain ring stops the chain from flapping while working in harmony with the forged aluminum direct mount cranks for maximum power transfer when it matters. The X20 also comes spec’d SDG fly junior saddle and SDG Slater pedals which not only offer stability and performance on tougher trails, but also look seriously cool.
Big kid forks, little kid bike
The Hellion X20 comes equipped with 100mm of smash proof front suspension courtesy of RST Spex. Featuring the same levels of adjustability typically found on much bigger kids’ bikes, the Hellion X20 can withstand pretty much anything little rippers decide to throw at it.
Fine tune the float with adjustable air suspension, compression and rebound to dial in their ride according to the demands of their skill set, terrain or current weight.
