1. Bike arrived scratched despite expensive shipping cost. Was offered a tiny refund and told to use stickers to cover it. 2. Generic instructions so a good deal of headache putting the bike together and constantly have to ask for help (with no phone support only thru email) 3. After assembly there is remaining issue of concern and was asked to check at a bike shop. Very disappointing. Will not buy again. The hassle is not worth it.

Please know that we are here to ensure your child is set up for success on their new bike. Regarding your specific concerns: 1. Bike arrived scratched despite expensive shipping cost. Was offered a tiny refund and told to use stickers to cover it. Again, we do apologize for the small, cosmetic scratch on your bike. In general, we are very good at getting our bikes to our customers in perfect condition (including the use of our own unique packing method). Although it is rare, sometimes small issues like this can arise, as our shipping providers (UPS; FedEx; USPS; etc.) are not always the most kind to these large packages. Most importantly, I'd like to reiterate that we did offer to ship you a replacement bike (while also picking up your current bike) free of charge. We also offered you a discount on your current bike, which is what you chose to accept instead of the replacement bike. In addition, the touch-up stickers are designed to cover small scratches just like this that often occur from typical use. In our opinion, these stickers do a very nice job of covering small blemishes. Finally, there is no concern or risk of further damage or deterioration to the frame itself as your Frog's frame is built from aluminum (and therefore won't rust). The touch-up sticker is purely for cosmetic reasons. 2. We are working directly with Frog to improve our support materials for all of their bikes, but the road bikes are the most complex. We are always happy to assist customers with assembly (or any other question) via email or by phone, just as we did with you via email. We are here to answer phones Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm MDT. If we do happen to miss you, it most likely means that we are assisting another customer and will be back with you shortly. It is our goal to reply to all voicemails and emails within 24 hours. I believe we succeeded at this goal in our email correspondence with you. From our phone records and email correspondences, I don't see any voicemails, missed calls (although I can't confirm that for sure), or requests for a phone discussion. We are always happy to assist customers over the phone if/when a customer calls. 3. After assembly there is remaining issue of concern and was asked to check at a bike shop. Based on the short video you sent over of your concern with the drivetrain, our professional bike technicians do not believe this to be an issue (in fact, the video actually demonstrates exactly how your bike's drivetrain is designed to properly function). Out of an abundance of caution though, we did recommend that you have it evaluated by a local bike shop if you still had any concerns. We certainly understand that issues cannot always be properly diagnosed through video, which is why we rely on local bike shops for evaluations as needed. If a local bike shop were to find an issue with your bike, we of course would cover the service/repair fees or replace your bike (as offered above). We hope your child is up and riding on their new Frog soon (if not already) and loves the new bike! Please know that we are still here to help if you do have any further questions or concerns.

The bike was easy to put together, customer service was excellent and our 7 year old easily transitioned from the 16inch Specialized to a Frog 58 even though he was a novice biker. Would highly recommend this bike !!!
